Summary

Spoke Salons is the San Luis Obispo member of the Spoke & Weal collection, a salon in a 1920s Spanish-style bungalow on Broad Street known for dry cutting and custom dimensional color. We are rebuilding its website as a warm, editorial home for the salon. The redesign is in progress and the landing page is already live to preview.

Overview

Spoke Salons sits in a 1920s Spanish-style bungalow at 1907 Broad Street in San Luis Obispo. It is part of the Spoke & Weal collection and is known for dry cutting, custom dimensional color and a calm, natural approach to hair. The old site did not carry any of that feeling.

We are designing the new site around the salon itself: golden-hour video, a warm cream and brown palette taken from the space, large uppercase display type and quiet, tracked labels. The salon's ten rules, its plant and flower product philosophy and its full service menu are written in its own words.

Visitors see whether the salon is open right now, with live hours, the address and a one-tap way to get directions or call. Booking and the service menu sit one click away from every section.

The landing page is live to preview while we build the rest of the site: the team, the full service menu, the journal and the FAQ.
