By accessing invokube.com or engaging InvoKube® for any service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or engage us.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients. Engagement-specific terms (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) are set out in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

InvoKube® designs, builds, and maintains websites, web applications, mobile apps, and AI-powered software for businesses and founders.

Each engagement is governed by a fixed-scope Statement of Work (SoW). Scope, deliverables, milestones, and price are written down before work begins. Material changes require a written amendment.

Standard payment terms are 50% on signed scope and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise stated in the SoW. Recurring services (Monthly Maintenance, AI Staff Augmentation, SEO & Growth) bill monthly in advance.

Quoted prices are pre-tax. Applicable VAT, GST, or local sales tax is added per your jurisdiction.

Late payments (more than 14 days overdue) accrue 1.5% interest per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

We build a working demo before you commit to the full engagement. You only move forward once you've reviewed and approved it — so there is nothing to refund from a guess.

If you change your mind mid-build, refunds are pro-rated to work delivered up to the cancellation date. Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation, to the original payment method.

On full payment, ownership of all final deliverables (code, designs, content) transfers to you. The repository, deploy account, and domain are yours from day one of the engagement.

InvoKube retains the right to use generic patterns, libraries, and reusable components developed during the engagement, and to reference the project in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise in writing).

Third-party assets (open-source libraries, fonts, stock imagery) remain under their original licenses.

We treat any non-public information you share with us as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the engagement (and only to vetted subcontractors under similar terms).

We can sign your standard NDA on request. Mutual NDAs are encouraged for sensitive engagements.

We deliver work to professional standards and warrant that it will meet the scope set out in the SoW. We do not warrant that the work will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet every commercial outcome you hope for.

The site and our materials are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranties beyond what is explicitly written.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoKube's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the total amount paid by you for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility.

Either party can terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you pay for work delivered up to the termination date; we deliver all completed work and assets.

Recurring services (maintenance, retainers) can be canceled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction noted on your invoice (United States, United Arab Emirates, or Pakistan). Any dispute is first attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the courts of the invoicing jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site or active engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
