Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data InvoKube collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We try to keep this short, readable, and honest.

Information we collect
When you contact us, request a proposal, or sign up for a project, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email, phone (optional), company, country, and project details.
When you visit our site, we collect basic analytics: pages viewed, referrer, country-level location, device and browser type. We use GA4 (or Plausible, depending on the deployment). We do not collect personal browsing history across the web.
If you upload an attachment with a project inquiry, we receive that file along with the form data. Attachments are stored only as long as needed to scope the project.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, scope a project, send proposals, and provide ongoing support.
To send you transactional emails (confirmations, status updates, invoices) related to active engagements.
To improve our site, services, and customer experience based on aggregated analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for site functionality (e.g., remembering your form inputs) and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
Third-party services
We use the following processors to run InvoKube: Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting + edge), Resend (transactional email), GA4 or Plausible (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Stripe (payments).
Each processor has its own privacy policy and complies with GDPR / CCPA where applicable. Your data is shared with these processors only as needed to operate the service you requested.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for 24 months after the last interaction, then archived or deleted.
Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
You can request earlier deletion via email — see the Contact section below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's privacy
InvoKube is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
