Who can I hire?
Project managers, developers (frontend, backend, or full-stack), designers, and QA testers. Need something not on the list? Ask — we can usually help.
How fast can someone start?
You'll meet candidates within 3–5 working days, interview them yourself, and your pick can usually start the following Monday. In a hurry? Tell us — we've matched people in 48 hours.
What if they're not a good fit?
Just tell us. We'll replace them with someone else for free, usually within a week. You're never stuck with a bad hire — that risk is ours, not yours.
Is this full-time or part-time?
Full-time by default — they work only for you and no one else. Part-time is possible for project manager and designer roles; just ask.
How is this different from Hire AI Engineers?
Hire AI Engineers is for building AI products — chatbots, agents, automations. Hire Talent is for everything else: project managers, developers, designers, QA. Both are simple monthly prices; AI roles cost $1,000/mo more because the skills are rarer.
Who owns the work? What about contracts?
You own everything they make, fully. One simple monthly agreement covers ownership and confidentiality, with 30 days' notice to cancel. If you later want to hire them directly, there's no extra fee.
