Everything in the plan's feature list, plus the engineering hours to ship it, plus first-line bug fixes during the post-launch support window. What it doesn't cover: net-new features added mid-build, third-party subscriptions (hosting, CMS, email), and out-of-scope custom integrations.
For one-time builds, no. We work in fixed scopes with 50/50 milestone billing. For recurring services like Monthly Maintenance, Hire AI Engineers, Hire Talent, Hire Tech Solution Architect, and SEO, yes, billed monthly and cancellable any time.
Then we scope it as a multi-phase engagement. Phase one is usually a 4–6 week MVP that proves the riskiest part. You decide whether phase two starts based on what we learned. No annual commitment required.
Quoted prices are pre-tax. We invoice from US, UAE, or Pakistan depending on what works for your accounting. VAT, GST, or local sales tax is added per your jurisdiction.
Work is billed in milestones, and you approve each stage before the next begins, so nothing advances without your sign-off. Everything stays transparent: scope, timeline, invoices, decisions. If you change your mind mid-build, refunds are pro-rated to work delivered.
Small tweaks during the post-launch support window are included. Beyond that, change requests are billed at $50/hr, or you can add Monthly Maintenance as a separate service for a flat rate. Big new features are scoped as a new fixed-price project.
Wire transfer, ACH, and Stripe (cards). For US-based clients, ACH is fee-free. For international, wire is preferred. It clears in 2–3 business days. Crypto on request.
