Summary
A luxury real-estate brand in Mexico City, the Riviera Maya and Los Cabos whose listings looked like every other portal. We designed a bilingual editorial site where the brand, not the broker CRM, sets the tone. A concept we would build in twelve days.
Overview
PATRIMO sells exceptional property to Mexican families and foreign investors, often in the same week. Their inventory lives in a broker CRM that outputs the same grey grid every agency uses, so a three-million-dollar house in Los Cabos was being presented like a rental in a classifieds app. The English version was machine-translated and broke half the layouts.
We designed an editorial site instead of a portal: ivory ground, an ink serif, terracotta only for the moments that matter, and full-bleed photography paced like a property magazine. Spanish and English are both first languages here, every string written by a person, with a one-tap switch that keeps you on the same page.
The advantage for PATRIMO is that the highest-value buyer, often the English-speaking investor, finally gets the best version of the brand instead of the worst. Listings still come from the broker platform, rendered inside PATRIMO's own templates, so the team keeps its workflow and the buyer never sees it.
This is a concept we designed for PATRIMO to show what their inventory looks like when the brand leads. We would build it in twelve days at a fixed price, keep their CRM in place, and hand over a site their advisors are proud to send to a buyer.
- Bilingual Spanish and English editorial site
- Property templates fed by the existing broker CRM
- Market sections for CDMX, Riviera Maya and Los Cabos
- Advisor enquiry flow
