Al Rehman Mining extracts nephrite jade in Charsadda and Peshawar and ships raw blocks and graded stone to carvers and manufacturers abroad. The buyers are sophisticated and pay top prices; the company's first impression was a Facebook page and a phone number. Serious enquiries were going to competitors with better-looking sites and worse stone.

The founder set a hard rule: no gradients, three colours, type never heavier than medium. We turned that constraint into the style. Cream pages, near-black chapters, jade used only where it earns it.
