Spoke & Weal grew city by city, from Los Angeles to Bond Street, and each new salon got its own page written by whoever was nearest. Guests moving between cities could not tell it was the same group, and neither could Google. Booking lived in a third-party scheduler that the old site buried four clicks deep.

We built one editorial system (cream ground, a serif for headlines, tracked labels) and applied it to every location. Each salon keeps its own photography, address, hours and team; only the frame is shared. The founders, the ten values, the education programme and press were written once and placed where a first-time guest looks for them.

The advantage is a brand that finally reads as one house, and a booking path that never makes a guest hunt. A persistent Schedule Now action in the header and menu hands off to the existing scheduler with the salon already selected. Every future opening gets a finished page on day one, built on the shared template.

Sixteen days at a fixed price, with the existing booking tool kept in place. If you run several locations and every one of them looks different online, this is how you get one brand without rebuilding your operations.
